Sounds like tranny issues to me. Make sure the clutch cable is still hooked to the clutch fork at the bell housing and that is it still attached under the dash to thw quadrant. If your pedal has no tension it is the cable, either at the fork or the quadrant.

With the shifter attached to the tranny does it go into gear, you should be able to shift it with out using the clutch with the car off. If it does not shift then it the tranny for sure, maybe your imput shaft let go.
