DO you just mean that the RPM's drop off......
I'd check into getting a chip burnt to adjust line pressure, shift points, and lock up points.

Well, Will.....
What I notice is that every time I come back on the throttle after even the briefest period of deceleration (as in the traffic slows a bit and you have to ease up to keep from hitting the car in front of you...)
When you come back on the throttle the reves come up a bit and then drop back.
I was reading somewhere that the TC unlocks whenever the brakes are applied. My question was related to that...does the TC Unlock whenever the throttle is released; as well as when the brakes are applied??? Or, is something in my particular car in need of attention.
I still don't have the answer to that question, although it may be buried somwhere in that Cougar/TB site that's mentioned above.
