Where can we find the fastest street legal racers in the Columbus, Cleveland or Eastern PA areas?

Which web sites do these racers visit?

We want to put up some serious numbers at Dragfest during the Coastal Coatings American Muscle Shootout. But we need to get the information to the car owners.

Any information would be helpful. Thanks
