man dont know what's giving you a problem, but i turn off my trac control on my 00 gt, it run's just fine down the strip, plus on the highway, if i kick it, it never shut's down, been up to 135 mph, stock 3:27's, i back off about there, but my rev limeter, does not kick in, ??????
