ET Streets will work with a stock suspension. You need to do a decent burnout to heat the tires up. With the temps being 39* and you not doing a burnout at all, it's no wonder you had a tough time getting them to stick!!

With your list of mods, you should not have a problem with the tires hooking. Why do you need a line-loc to heat the tires?
