Default Windage tray...

According to Al Kirschenbaum you'd recoup approximately 10-15 hp by installing a windage tray. The parasitic drag of the oil bath on the rotating assembly at high RPM's is something to consider.

I also think you can get at the entire oil pump assembly and shaft w/o r and r'ing the motor, but it would be tight But, if you have already decided to do so, cool.
