the not cranking with the pump running could be the clyinders are so full of fuel,,,,and the engine is hydralicing! seen it before but from a headgasket blown ,(this can be bad enough to bend the piston rods) done that been there,

blue oval 50h Ive had 2 fuel pressure regulators .......stop regulating (lol) and flood the motor. One had tons of fuel in the crankcase. Be careful.

had one sucking fuel from the vacuum line into the intake=real bad flooding when (oval50h means being careful is kaboom! I've blown the intake and pan gaskets out on a bad flood backfire!!
