I would also have to agree with Andy on this as well. Specially if you know how to play with the carbs. 
As goes for the Andersons PMS and the rest of the EFI stuff....I am in the process of taking one off a car and converting it to a carb set up. I guess we'll see if it can match the power after playing with the Mighty Demon series 650 on a 306.

Think of the weight you are saving as well. Those FI intakes are heavy as with the wiring harness as well. FI is too expensive for the most part. I would not go more that 650 on the carb. With the right tuned carb, your car feels like someone added something else you didnt know about.
