I have been to a site that you might like, it has a bunch of things you can do like adjusting pedals, but really nothing "free" that will add hp. Some guys remove the air silencer on the air box, but it has not been proven to add any hp. Not to doubt you, but I seriously doubt that putting a hole in the air box would raise hp 15 unless it is a really horrible design in the first place. Even the best CAI only raise HP a few ponies on a dyno.

You can build your own CAI (cold air induction).

The common mods on a mustang with prices and HP gains are:

1 - CAI ($70 - $250) 0 - 10 hp (if blown, more)
2 - Under drive pullies ($170) - 8 - 10 hp
3 - Shifter fo ra 5 speed ($170) - no hp
4 - Gears, 4.10's or 3.73s ($500 installed) - no hp gain, but big improvement in acceleration and 1/4 mile
5 - Chip/programmer ($200 - $400) - 5 - 15 hp
6 - Catback ($200 - $500) - 0 - 5 hp
7 - X Pipe ($200 - $400) - 5 - 10 hp
8 - Cams ($800 installed) - 15 - 30 hp

Of course there are more, but these are the common bolt ons.
