I've done the conversion.

You need 2 drivers side (left) axles from a Ford Ranger. I got them from a 1988. You'll also need the drums from the truck as well. The procedure is super easy. You'll need to take the rear differential cover off, backout the spider gear pin lock bolt, slide the retaining pin 1/2 way out, not all the way. Push the axle in, then pull the c clips. Slide the axle out. Reverse procedure for install of that axle, then repeat for the other side. No need to even undo the brakes.

For the front, remove wheels, move calipers, remove rotor. Install Mark VII rotor. Bolt down caliper, put wheels back on. Super easy. Little time invested. I used 1985 Lincoln Mark VII rotors, doesn't matter if they are ABS or not.
