IMO, I would get the GT40 intake with AFR185 heads. Depending on the cam selection, I would get either 1.6 or 1.7 roller rockers. If you plan on doing some racing (who with a mustang wouldn't?) I would get a 7 qt oil pan too. Top it all off with 24lb injectors, 70mm mass air meter, 65 or 70 mm tb, 190lph fuel pump. Then go to the dyno and have a chip burned. That would be the sh1t. Unless you decide to add some type of power adder down the road.
