SD is finicky about cams normally. If you keep the cam below 220* duration @ .050" lift and keep lobe seperation at about 114* or more and you will most likely not have problems. For Example, the Crower 15510 cam is a well known excellent SD cam and the Crower 15511 is kinda on the edge of working well - many guys have no problems and some do.
