Mustang 2 parts are somewhat more difficult to come by, but I would say your best bet would be to check out
http://www.mustangii.com/ From what I understand they are the biggest II site out there.
From the home page, just click the parts link at the top, they seem to have a pretty decent "parts and service" setup.
Also they would have a more accurate idea what a particular model would be worth once you know the particulars of the car.
Given the amount of structural work/major refurbishment it sounds like it needs, you might be better off shopping for one in better condition and use the one you have as a donor. They are still out there, you just have to look for them.
