I need some help. I have a stock 87 GT and have purchased a 3.73 ring and pinion set. The spline count on the end of the pinion gear is 31. I can't seem to get a good answer if that will work on my stock rearend without changing the flange. I understand that the stock flange is 28 spline. Is that correct? Thanks.
