I always recommend welded subframe connectors as an early mod for any stang. They tighten up the handling and also reduce squeaks and rattles that can develop with time.
The only thing I would add to what Drudis said for a daily driver is a panhard bar if you want to go a step further. I had to build up my suspension in small steps for budgetary reasons and this was a great addition once I stiffened the chassis and did the basics. It helped immensely to cure the rear end wiggle and to make oversteer a little less snappy and more controllable (the quadrabind suspension curse).
If you plan on getting crazy then you need a well-defined plan or you can end up spending money on the same parts twice due to component compatibility issues with the more aggressive setups (torque arm/panhard, 5-link, etc.).
