There is alot more to how much fuel your engine gets than just fuel pressure.

Pulse width- On mass air cars the pulse pattern of the injector can be lengthend or shortend to add more fuel to match the air flow that is metered by the amss air sensor.

With your mods 19# injectors @38psi will easily handle it.
