Just look at the balancers from the 302 and the 351 you have. If the counterweights look the same, then you can use your flywheel. You don't want to get to crazy on your cam selection if you are going to use stock intake, carb, and heads. The valve springs on those heads won't stand much lift over .490 with more than 280* of duration. That is just a ballpark figure to go by and by no means is it exact. If it's in good shape, I'd leave the stock cam in it.
