Very easy. What I do is start at #1 cylinder. I rotate thr crank until the exhaust valve is depressed, then I know for certain that the intake valve lifter is on the cam base circle. I tighten the adjustment nut slowly with my figers while rotating the push rod with my other hand fingers. As soon as I feel any resistance to the rotating, I then turn the adjusment nut 1/2 turn tighter and tighten down the lock screw with an allen wrench. I then tighten the adjustment nut a little tighter with a socket wrench to really lock it down. Not too much though, you don't want to break the stud. Then rotate the crank until the intake valve is depressed and do the same thing to adjust the #1 exhaust rocker. Same technique for the rest of the cylinders #2-8 and you're done. Sounds harder than it really is. Really just a 15-30 minute procedure.
