Keep in mind (and remember I'm speaking in generalities) they only see the car as a car, and usually don't have the appreciation we do for the mechanics of the Fox bodies.
It's why a lot of them like the ricer cars: they're shiny and loud.
We know the truth: they're slow and mostly plastic, and almost all of those "modifications" on it do nothing for performance.
If some chick wants to judge me by my wheels, she can go find another ride, if ya know what I mean.
