The gaskets I like are Corteco's. I really like the head gaskets, but the whole kit is awesome.

The pedestals shouldnt give you too much problem. Just be sure to get a shim kit. There is an acceptable range of preload on the lifter plunger so they dont have to be 100% dead on.
