Wire the choke to the rearmost small terminal on the solenoid. That will give juice to the choke when the engine is running. Should be the "I" terminal, "I" being for ignition.

The electronic ignition should have instructions with it. If you don't have those instructions, go to the web site for that manufacturer and download them. Or just call the manufacturer and ask for verbal instructions.
