93+ 5.0's can handle about a 150 shot safely, pre 93 h.o blocks have forged pistons, therefore can handle quite a bit, i've heard of people running 200 shots on stock blocks, but remember, once you get around 500 hp, no matter what the power adder, the stock blocks tend to split right down the center, then they become garbage if that happens, i've heard some people have gone to around 600 hp with the main girdles, and beefed up parts, but that will only live so long as well.

sportsman blocks, dart blocks ect... can handle lots of power, also the 351w has a pretty good sturdy block, but needs strong rods and other supporting parts to be running 2 stage nos imo.
