I just put a Paxton SN-89 into my '86. I went with the 3.75" pulley and the stock 6" pulley and am getting 6 lbs of boost @ 5200 and 8 lbs at 5700. I am running 24# injectors w/ 65mm throttle body. And its a speed density car. I got it to keep the old school 5.0 - old school. I can shread the tires in 1st and 2nd gear no prob!! And that is with 3.08:1 gears.I did upgrade the impeller to a new more efficient one. Call Paradise Wheels for information on the old ball-drive Paxton superchargers. Tey still make them under the Paxton name.
