Install the sub frames first. While the welder is there, inspect the torque box area. He can weld all of this for you in a matter of minutes and save you a lot of trouble down the road. Remove the back seat and check all of the spot welds to see if they are broken out. Have him weld inside and out. The control arms, piece of cake. Just get to it and it will come naturally.
