You'll see approximately 7.5% less RPM with a 28" vs a 26" tire. With 4.10 gearing on a 26" tire, you'll hit 6000rpm at 113mph in 3rd. With a 28" tire, you'll be running at 122mph at 6000rpm in 3rd.
