I take you switched it over to mass air right. but i dont think its a mass air problem if it was it would usually idle LOW I think its TPS IAC related, clean the Idle Air Control and check TPS just because it shows the right volts doesnt mean its good, you need a scope to check it properly. also vacum leaks could cause such a case. any other advice let me know
