No chassis mods...get the HRP Solid Heavy Duty Drop Mounts. You can retain the stock hood. I did the swap to retain the S-belt, so I needed an a/c p/s swap bracket. Also, the Oil Pan swap kit, and if you're going Long Tube headers, the BBK 351 Swap headers.
