I checked out Trick Flow site, I see their Track heat roller cams, they have one with the specifications they recommend for use with the twisted wedge heads on a stock 5.0, it says 221/225 duration, .312/.319" lift and .499/.510" lift with 1.6 rockers, 112 degree lobe seperation. Seems kind of conservative, what do you guys think?
