I have tfs heads,tfs stage 2 cam ,650 carb,victor jr intake. I'm trying to figure out why this thing will not run right. I think it may be a timing/ignition problem. so I'm trying to rule out all the things that could be wrong. My question is, can I run this efi cam in a carbed motor? And expect it to run right. I have messed with the timing a bunch. I am running a msd8582 dist with the proper roller gear,msd 6al, and blaster 3 coil. It runs, and will idle down to 600rpm, but under load starts to miss and even will backfire once in a while. thanks.
