Don't bother, unless you have a massive attachment to the car.
You'll need, engine, transmission, rear end, cooling system, complete electrical system, accessory brackets, exhaust and suspension parts. It's going to run you quite a bit of money to do the swap the right way.
Is the '96 V-6 K-member any different than the SN95 5.0 cars? I know the V-6 used to use the same K member from like 79-86. It wouldn't surprise me if they were the same again in 94-95 with the 96-98 V-6s also keeping it.
The motor mount kits for the 351W in the fox bodies are to lower the engine so the stock hood can close. I don't know if it's needed for the SN95 cars, but probably.
I really don't know much about the swap except A) There are almost no 351W's that were good for anything but boat anchors from the factory, B) The swap is going to be a royal pain to do it right, C) If you don't do it right you're going to have parts breaking right and left, and D) I hope you don't need to pass emissions.
