Hi Guys

Got my '66 almost all in pieces (engines is out) burnishing the engine well, getting all the undercoating off and down to the bear metal. In order to paint it the same color as the car.

My car has a 16gal. gas tank.

A friend of mine says, " . . . you can put a 22gal. gas tank from a 1970 Mustang and that will give you 6 extra gallons."

I sure like the idea. However, what I'm asking you experience guys out there is ~ WILL IT WORK

I don't mind loosing space in my truck. Hey I'm talkng about 6 extra gallons here

Do I have to mig it to fit in the original space where my ol gas tank was

I need your imput guys and any things I should loooook out for in buying the tank if you guys think that I should.
