Turning down the fuel pressure is your only option unless you are going to pay to get it tuned or buy a TWEECER.
You would be better off downsizing your injectors IMO.

cant downsize injectors, nitrous to come soon. i know 24lbers NA would be optimum, but with nitrous i should be better off with the 30lbers.
ive got edelbrock 60379 heads, 1.7rr's, crane "e" cam, cobra intake, 70mm t-body, 73mm c&l(matched to the 30lbers), 30lb fms injectors, asjustable regulator, 190lph pump, pulleys, full exhaust, taurus 3 speed fan, blah blah blah, probably lots of little stuff that i forgot, but basically all boltons.
