imo windsor jr's are much better than e7's or ported e7's/gt40's
If that is indeed a stock rotating assembly, I hope they cut the pistons to clear that xcam lift, if it was built as a longblock im sure everything clears, but i would specify that before buying it.
I would stick with the e-cam anyways, for drivability purposes, I run the ecam and never have drivability problems, with the x-cam you'll just lose lowend power, unless this block is high compression, id stick with the e-cam and windsor jr's.... iron?
