I would leave your old motor in the car until you sell it. That way, any potential buyer will be able to see/hear it first.
I have a friend that's running mid 11's on his 351w with Windsor Jr. heads.
You could always sell them to offset the price of the AFR heads.
If I had the money now, I would offer to buy the Jr. heads right now!
