THANK YOU!!! That was a quad-coat Lazer Red paint job. Vermillion ghost flames, and I have to admit it's one of the nicest paint jobs we've ever done. That car is a real head turner, literally everywhere I went with it I had a few conversations from onlookers. Nice looking car.
Brian, I THINK he said 150 on the squeeze. But the 393 was short lived, like 2 days he said. Has a 347 in her now, not as fast as it was but he taking his son cruising in her and having a good time with it. The best I got out of her was 11.03 @ 123.49 MPH. All engine, pump gas, after driving over an hour to the track.
Ryan, Fairlane is coming soon! Hopefully! LOL Building a "pee pee" engine for it now, just to get it on the road. STOCK 86 (flat tops) short block, lumpy cam, ported E7 heads, Performer intake, 750 Demon. Nothing fancy, should be about 250/275 horse.
How bad have we gotten into this that we refer to a 275 horse smallblock as a "pee pee" engine? LOL I remeber the days when 1 horse per cube was EXCELLENT! Now, you better be bringing 2 per (or better) to the table! I love this new technology, and the way things have progressed for us gear heads.
