I thought that I had responded to 66-351 but I don't see it so it may have been a "senior moment". Anyway, I am not overly familiar with engine work so I wanted to keep things as simple as possible and to make sure that everything would be completely compatible. I already had the Edelbrock intake and carb and was happy with them so I decided to stick with something I like. I am told that my combination will give me approx 330 HP which should be adequate for my needs. I just want a bit more ooomph. Also, every now and then I enjoy showing the kids with their rice burners what a real car can do. Perhaps I am easily amused.
Regarding my wife's attitude toward spending money on a 40 year-old car, every now and then I remind her that it may be expensive but at least it is not another woman. I'm not sure if that is well received but at least it diverts her attention. E.
