Cool, I actually think it will help on motor as well, depending on the cam and heads you have you will be bale to get a little more rpm out of the motor.
Here are my tips and tricks...
DON'T HOOK UP THE PCV TO THE HOLLEY SUPPLIED VACUUM TREE, tap a hole in the intake tube @ 6" from TB and thread a pipe nipple in, run the PCV to that. This will fix the oil pulling issue with the intake, with the PCV hooked up to the intake tree it pulls oil and it will drip out the TB and suck the motor dry..been there done that. I'll send you some pics.
It also made life much easier my making studs instead of using the bolts for the upper. You will need to use a 1262 gasket since the ports on the lower are so damn huge, and if you run the external EGR, use a hex head bolt instaed of the allen bolt that Holley supplies.
You may need a Spacer to clear your adjustable FPR if you run the tree on the backside of the intake (I think it looks better there) You may also need a spacer depending on the valve covers you have. If you run into anything shoot me a e-mail, work rhawver@strouse.com or home Rick91GT@onemain.com.
