my 1988 mustang needs help it stutters and shakes then shuts off every once in awhile but when it goes wot it clears up for a few minutes, the engine codes keep coming up as evp and egr solenoid but i already replaced the egr position sensor also replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor, etc sensor should i replace the ecu ??? thats what im being told but its just a guess and it also went through a 1/4 tank in 16 miles
