Looking at companies that make cams and heads.

I pulled my 5.8L out last week and found things I didn't expect. It has 1993 Cobra GT40 F3ZEE AA Iron Heads complete with aluminum roller rockers and a Edelbrock performer plus #3782 camshaft (hyd flat Tap). The block and pistons and botom end is all oem stock.
Any suggestions now? Port/polish the heads? Freshen up the block, re-ring it with new gasket and or still put heads and or cam in it?
How many horses do you think this was making?
