Sounds like a good combo.

The unequal length headers will be easier to install. I have a set of BBK equal length headers (Ceramic coated) and they were a PTA to install. However, if you follow the directions and jack-up one side of the engine, they will go in. Just takes some patience. The ceramic coating is nice. I've had mine for 4 years or so with no problems...except that I scratched them up pretty good during the install (tough not too )

Unless you're building a real mean 302, I don't think the unequal lengths will hurt power that much at all.
