Post What size fuel pump?

We're dropping my 351W out of my coupe into my fastback here pretty soon. And I'm going to put an electric fuel pump on it because it was starving out pretty bad with the stock one. Especially after the rear end/shift kit intall.

I'm going with a Holley Electric Pump from Summit. Question is: There are two I'm looking at, and I don't know which one will be right for me. One is 70 gph at 9 psi, or 110 gph free flow, it has pressure preset at 14 psi. The other is 67 gph at 5 psi or 97 gph free flow, it has pressure preset at 7 psi.

I have stock heads, that don't flow worth sh!t (1.84/154 valves), but I will be putting Edelbrock Performer RPM heads on sometime in the future. I will probably have them ported/polished when I purchase them also.

Any opinions? TIA.
