[Cobra Love]

I have this 99 v6 its about 190 horsepower and I want to upgrade its power to about 250-270 anyone know what i can do??? i have heard from people that i can use some sort of computer chip? any info on that?? im trying to get dual exhaust (flowmasters) but i heard that will only increase about 15-20 horsepower.
