Yes,I started putting new bolts in years ago,but for other reasons.
Nowadays going with new head bolts or studs have several advantages. ARP bolts can be torqed alot harder than stock ones. Hence holding higher compression motors and not loosening up under the high stress.
If you have ever measured the lenght of a older bolt to a new one,you might be amazed. The higher quality bolts dont stretch out like the stock ones,creating a much more solid hold on everything.
