[84-3.8convert]

i am looking for ways to change my 3.late into a 3.8....my three main questions are
1)does opening up the aircleaner assembly (CFI) increase hp?
2)is it possible to convert its single exhaust into duel exhaust or get headers?(if so where/how?)
3)is it possible to convert it from a c5 automatic to a 4 or 5 speed?

any other tips/ suggestions are welcome...
