Stefan, its been 3 yrs. since I did the window felts. I believe that the hard part
is removing the window glass and putting it back in again. The felts come with good instructions and aren't difficult to put in with the glass removed. Adjusting the windows is kind of a pain. I'd get a shop manual for this kind of work. You're going to need one anyway to work on your car. I didn't paint my dash, only the inner doors and rear panels. As you said, they're pretty much a no-brainer. Good luck on this.
