I'm pretty certain the 9" from a Lincoln Versailles is a direct fit for '67 - 70 Mustangs. The Versailles rear is equipped with disc brakes, which is a real bonus.

I've always been disappointed that the Versailles rear end is too wide to use in my '65. However, a buddy of mine found a 9" from a Granada that's just right. It doesn't have disc brakes, though.
