Post clunky noise over bumps

After rebuilding the front end with all new parts. When the car travels overs certain types of bumpy roadways it makes clunky rattles from the front end. Sounds like every thing is loose (which it isn't, its all been checked for proper alignment and even after 1 1/2 years its still perfect). The body parts have all been checked for snug bolts. Is this the norm for these cars or do I have a ghost loose up front?
