Racer, that's what I have and they work very well. Try to get '69-70 heads as later ones have big chambers and small valves. Mine are milled to 9.5/1 CR, with a 3 angle valve job, have 1.85/1.55 valves and are pocket ported and gasket matched. I think I have maybe $500 in them. My mild street combo makes 300 flywheel HP I think.

I'm soon gonna get TFTW heads and have them cleaned up as well. New 1.7 TF rockers and pushrods. I'm hoping for another 35-50 HP, but who knows.

I did use the stock head bolts on my 351W heads even though special step washers are available and recommended, I've done without them and not had problems. If I did it over now that I'm better informed I would use them. Better yet are ARP special stepped high strenghth head bolts made just for that purpose.
