				 Electrical problem 1969 Mach 1
I think I have a tough one here. Hopefully someone has the answer.
For the las 3 days I have been noticing that my gas guage was not registering any fuel about half the times I started the car even though I have close to full tank. At the time I did not think much of it, probably a malfunctioning guage or something like that. Well, tonight (very Cold out) when I went to use the car I noticed that not only was the gas guage not functioning but the heater fan was out as well. Oh no ! Now I'm thinking what else is not working. I went through all the Electrical related operations of the car and this is what I found to be Operational and Non Operation.

 Operational:

Headlights, tail lights, brake lights, side marker lights, Instrument guage lights, door courtisy lights, interior lights tilt and away steering and the cigarette lighter

Not operating at all since today:

Blinkers, wipers, heater blower motor, fuel guage, water temp. guage and the am/fm radio.

Other than the Non Operational items, the car starts and drives fine.

What I have done to diagnose the problem so far:

Checked the fuse panel under dash, it seems ok and all fuses are good.

Tested all fuses and box and found that 3 out of the six fuses in the box do not have any power coming in or going out, even when the car is started. The other 3 do have power in and out when car is started.

Sounds a little tricky, hopefully some out there has seen a similar situation.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or Fixes to the problem.
