Quick, I'd think that it would be allowed. The Nitrous Mastermind isn't a computer controller, nor a replacement for the EEK, nor does it hook to the EEK in any way. It simply controls the rate at which the nitrous solenoid injects N2O into the engine. It works just like a progressive rate controller, except that it also allows you to set when you want the nitrous to come on and off in the RPM band to protect your engine.

Atleast, that's my take on it.
